Bad, odor-causing bacteria can cause and thrive in an imbalanced microbiome. Through the use of lactobacilli probiotics and Vitamin C, Flora Power™ works to support your vaginal microbiome and pH levels to balance healthy bacteria and manage bad, odor-causing bacteria.
Flora Power™ is a vaginal suppository —not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.
To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Flora Power™ into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected (and normal!) when using a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
We recommend inserting the suppository just before bed so your body is at rest and can fully absorb Flora Power™. Also,studies show that Vitamin C suppositories like Flora Power™ may be the most effective for supporting BV if used for 5-6 days directly after your period ends, in particular!
You can use Flora Power™ for as little as 1 day or for up to 5 consecutive days to rebalance your bacteria levels. We recommend waiting at least 5 days between uses to avoid overuse and creating a further imbalance within your microbiome. Please only use one suppository every 24-hour period.
While both products are vaginal suppositories, they focus on different aspects of vaginal health.
Flora Power™ is designed to support healthy levels of vaginal bacteria and help in managing vaginal odor. On the other hand, The Killer® is designed to support healthy levels of vaginal yeast.
They can definitely work together to keep a healthy and balanced vaginal microbiome. To use both The Killer and Flora Power™, we recommend using The Killer between 1 to 14 days to help balance vaginal yeast and pH. After The Killer®, you can use Flora Power™ for as little as 1 to 5 days to help manage vaginal bacteria afterwards!
With the use of Flora Power™️ to help support a balanced vaginal environment, you can expect to notice a reduction of malodorous vaginal odor and discomfort which can often be associated with a bacterial imbalance. We recommend waiting to use Flora Power™ until after your period so it’s the most effective.
Because sex can cause an imbalance in vaginal flora, we recommend waiting at least 1-2 days after finishing use of Flora Power™ to have sex again in order for Flora Power™ to be the most effective.

I feel like it worked very well and made me feel so much better.
I ordered this product and I’m sure IT’s probably great but I’m a little disappointed and baffled at the fact that with the type of product that this is that an applicator wouldn’t at least come with it. That’s just a suggestion.

While we totally get the desire for an applicator, for environmental reasons, we do try to reduce as much single-use plastic from our product line as possible. Hope that helps clarify! In the meantime, definitely take a look at Amazon or Target for some jumbo packs of applicators! :)
